Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ERZA Lab website, products, and pre-order program (together, the "Service"), operated by ERZA Lab LLC ("ERZA," "we," "us," or "our").
By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
ERZA Lab designs and sells travel gear, including products currently available for pre-order ahead of general release. Product specifications, ship dates, and availability shown on this site are estimates and may change as development continues.
We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, and the pre-order program itself.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at care@erzalab.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Orders, Payment & Pre-Orders
Placing a pre-order reserves a production unit at the price and tier shown at checkout. It does not guarantee a specific ship date — timelines are estimates, and hardware production can slip.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of order unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless noted. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees applicable to your order.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships, by contacting care@erzalab.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies (see your order confirmation for details).
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, product designs, software, text, graphics, and the ERZA name and logo, is owned by ERZA Lab LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our written permission.
You retain ownership of anything you submit to us (reviews, feedback, support messages). By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, scraping or harvesting data without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section.
The fine print protects the both of us. What follows is yours to control.

Data Protection & Your GDPR Rights
If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, this section sets out your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. For how we collect and use personal data generally, see our Privacy Record.
We process your personal data on one of these legal bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), your consent (for optional communications), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the Service), or a legal obligation we must comply with.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data where it's no longer needed or you withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email care@erzalab.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request." We'll respond within one month, as required by law, and may ask you to verify your identity first.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK — for example to a service provider — we rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We'd appreciate the chance to make it right first — reach us at care@erzalab.com.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify affected individuals without undue delay where the law requires it.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service and any pre-release products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERZA Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for EU/UK consumers' statutory rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you first except where immediate action is necessary.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law & Disputes — will continue to apply.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
If you are an EU or UK consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protections afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, where required by law, notify you directly.
Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
